At Finest Pashmina returning products is very easy. Would you rather have a different color or size, just let us know. You can return your shawl within 14 days to change for a shawl that has your preferences.


The following conditions apply for returns:
The shawl is unused, undamaged and sent back in original packaging.
The shawl is returned within 14 days of receiving date.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note: Send the shipment in a registered package to ensure it’s delivered safely at Finest Pashmina. Finest Pashmina is not accounted for potential loss in shipment.

Return Procedure

The return procedure has the following steps:

1. Give us a notice that you would like to make use of the return option (make sure your request meets the conditions above). Mention to which different shawl in our assortment on this website you would like to change, or receive a full refund. Also include the order number.
2. Send the order back to Finest Pashmina: Lijsterbesstraat 31, 8015 PN, Zwolle, The Netherlands.
3. After we receive the returned product(s) we directly transfer your full refund or we send the replacing shawl(s). Potential differences in purchase price will be settled.
